This project was completed within 18 months in congested city areas, despite a long monsoon and shut down. This was a first high value package of a similar nature containing all elements of public power distribution undertaken by us. The Company achieved this through meticulous planning and resource availability, proper shutdown programme, winning the heart and confidence of consumers, who declared TEECL as the best performer of APDRP projects and awarded two similar packages for Silchar and North Lakhimpur. This also enhanced power supply and according to a survey, the consumer’s overall satisfaction increased from 4% to 50% in 18 months.
